Money coaching is a process of supporting you to improve how you manage your spending and your relationship with money. It takes a multifaceted approach looking at your background, habits, environment and thinking patterns to establish new behaviours and attitudes. Rhiannon uses her skills in financial management, psychology and life coaching to help you achieve your goals.
What does the program involve?
Money Coaching sessions typically run for 45 minutes and are conducted either via the internet (Skype or Zoom) or by phone.
A typical money coaching program involves one 45 minute session per week via internet or phone. We design a program that fits with your needs. A sample program may include:
Session 1: Your money history, financial baggage, uncovering your thoughts feelings and attitudes
Session 2: Understanding your current cashflow
Session 3: Prioritisation and setting goals
Session 4: Money psychology I – Setting up money experiments
Session 5: Money psychology II – Adapting your environment
Session 6: Money psychology III – Moving from the deprivation to a choice mindset
Session 7: Dealing with setbacks
Session 8: Reviewing progress, identifying strengths & areas for development, resetting goals
After the initial program we agree an appropriate ongoing coaching arrangement, typically a monthly appointment.
